House and General Domestic Clearances
There are many reasons why you might need to clear out a house: you might be preparing to move away or might even just be generally removing clutter. Whatever the reason, we can provide a quick and efficient solution.
We can take the load from your shoulders – literally. All the heavy lifting, the boxes, furniture and even white goods such as fridges and washing machines will be removed by us and either recycled or disposed of. You won’t have to lift a finger and we make sure EVERYTHING is removed.
And if we ever find anything that may be of interest to us which might otherwise be disposed of, we’ll let you know so that you could use it to offset the value against the our fee.
Cellars, Attics and Lofts
We often have clients who simply want just these areas of their house clearing.
These are places that are often overlooked (or deliberately forgotten about!) and they can be awkward to get in and out of. This in turn can make the removal of items a bit tricky: we’ll make sure that everything is covered.
Garden & Shed Clearance
House clearances don’t always stay in the house! We are also able to remove garden waste, clear out sheds and also tackle garages – all of which can be surprisingly complex if you’ve lived in the same place for a number of years.
We’ll organise a swift disposal of everything and ensure that all waste is disposed of correctly.
There are many reasons for downsizing – moving to smaller properties. Whatever the reason, we can help.
All our vehicles are unmarked which means that you have a greater degree of privacy. There are many reasons you might not want people to know that you’re emptying a property – a major one being security considerations – so we make sure that our task is carried out as anonymously and quickly as possible.
We are often asked if we can removed vehicles from a property. The answer is yes – we can arrange for them to be removed and disposed of legally.
We are a useful and economic alternative to skip hire. Skips are unsightly, occupy space which might be needed in small roads and you’re often tied to a specific time period which might even be too long.
Perhaps more importantly, skips and can draw attention to the property which can pose a security risk. When a property is vacant and a skip is visible, it can be comapratively easy for someone to break in and strip useful building materials and fittings. As unlikely as this may seem, it does happen.
Because we use unmarked vehicles and work quickly our service is discrete and so lessens the likelihood of this happening.
